1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and waja44 ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the waja44 platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other device — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms contained in this document.

3 Account Management and Security

You are the sole owner of your waja44 account and are fully responsible for all activities carried out through it. This responsibility includes:

• Keeping your username and password confidential at all times.
• Ensure you fully log out after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Notify the waja44 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Not allowing any other party to use your account for any reason whatsoever.

Waja44 uses 256-bit SSL encryption and a two-factor authentication system to protect your account. However, waja44 is not responsible for any losses arising from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal of Funds

Waja44 supports a variety of safe and convenient payment methods for players in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and local bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Regarding Deposits:

• Deposit funds will be credited to your account instantly once the payment has been confirmed by the payment processor.
• Waja44 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits.

Regarding Withdrawals:

• Waja44 reserves the right to conduct additional KYC checks before approving withdrawals that exceed a certain limit.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

8 Account Suspension and Closure

• An account that has been inactive beyond the specified period with no transactions.

If you wish to close your own account, you may do so by contacting the waja44 customer support team. Any valid funds remaining in your account (after deducting any bonus that has not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to take a break from playing can use the self-exclusion feature available in their account settings, as part of waja44's commitment to responsible gaming.

9 Liability Limits and Disclaimer

The waja44 platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantee that the service will operate without interruption or error at all times. However, we are committed to maintaining platform uptime at 99.9% or higher.

• Waja44 is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of the platform.
• Waja44 is not responsible for technical failures caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet disruptions on the player's end or third-party infrastructure failures.
• The maximum liability of waja44 to any member under any circumstance is limited to the amount of active deposits held in that member's account at the time of the incident.

10 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which waja44 operates. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the platform will be resolved through the following process:
